Job summary

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will manage 60+ staff across shifts, drive KPI-based improvements, and coordinate with planning, logistics, and engineering to ship on time. A strong leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of senior supervision/management experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience using ERP/MRP electronic production control systems.
• Proven track record of delivering leadership to meet production targets in a customer-focused company.
• Strong background working with KPIs to support business goals.
• Extensive people management experience from training needs to performance assessment and employee engagement.
• Demonstrated health & safety awareness in a factory setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for communication across all levels.
• Daily communication with Production Manager, Scheduler Team Leaders, Team Lead Support, Project Engineers, Logistics, and stores to ensure on-time shipping.
