Job summary

• Lead daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Coach and develop production employees to drive performance and engagement.
• Monitor KPIs including safety, productivity, and quality to drive results.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with Production Management, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehousing to meet schedules.
