Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of senior supervision/management experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in ERP/MRP electronic production control systems.
• Proven track record of providing leadership to achieve production targets within a customer-focused company.
• Experience in setting up high-volume production lines.

Responsibilities

• Unit management of 60+ personnel under the Production Manager.
• Improve performance and motivate staff to meet business goals.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure on-time product shipments.
