Job summary

Vertiv in Pelzer, SC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead 60+ personnel across CNC machining, powder line, and related processes on 2nd shift. You will report to Production Manager and drive improvements in production efficiency.

The role requires a strong supervision background, experience with ERP/MRP, and KPI-driven performance management, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of senior supervision/management in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Experience in ERP/MRP electronic production control systems.
• Proven track record of providing leadership to achieve production targets.
• Strong background in KPI-driven performance management and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Manage 60+ personnel under the Production Manager.
• Improve performance and motivate staff to meet business objectives.
• Oversee CNC machining, feeder processes, machine shop production and related operations.
• Coordinate daily with Production Manager, Scheduler Team Leaders and others to meet deadlines and ship products on time.
• Conduct disciplinary meetings and return-to-work interviews.
