Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of senior supervision/management in a production environment.
• Experience with ERP/MRP electronic production control systems.
• Proven leadership to achieve production targets in a customer-focused company.
• Strong KPI experience to drive business goals.
• Extensive people management experience including training needs and performance assessment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate 60+ personnel under the Production Manager.
• Lead teams to achieve production targets and KPIs.
• Oversee CNC machining, feeder processes, and machine shop production.
• Ensure health & safety, recruitment and employee relations.
