Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial systems and trading platforms.
• Self-motivated with initiative, dependability and teamwork.
• Experience with ITIL service management processes (Request, Incident, Problem, Change).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with platform engineers to reduce MTTR and improve service delivery.
