Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing or production environment.
• 7+ years in planning & scheduling role.
• Proficient in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project).
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to earn trust and work inclusively.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and mitigate schedule risks with decisive action.
• Coordinate and drive the schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain a dynamic, accurate daily schedule and status updates.
• Plan staging of materials/kits for production and test.
• Communicate upcoming work center load for capacity planning.
• Identify and address constraints in production flow.
• Interface with internal customers on potential delays.
• Manage WO Instance from creation to completion.
• Coordinate activities across value streams (supply chain, engineering, manufacturing).
• Define system requirements for manufacturing software and iterate with development teams.
