Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
• Experience scheduling production or material planning in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of a Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
• Strong computer proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Excel.
• Ability to work well with diverse groups.
• Ability to drive projects to completion.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of self-motivation.
• Excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Issue material releases to meet inventory and scheduling goals.
• Develop and maintain Kanban pull system with suppliers.
• Use electronic Kanban to schedule and monitor production.
• Expedite material as required to support the Kanban system.
• Coordinate material phase in and phase out programs.
• Manage inventory levels to meet targets.
• Track ramp up and build schedules.
• Assist in quarterly pull-demand reviews.
• Support special projects as needed.
