Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Lead Recruiter, Production to act as player-coach for the Production Recruiting team. You will own full-cycle recruitment for CNC Machinists, Production Technicians, Quality Inspectors, and other skilled roles, while guiding the team, prioritizing needs, and forming strong pipelines.

You will partner with Production leadership to ensure timely hires, optimize processes, and deliver against aggressive hiring goals in a fast-paced advanced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (production/manufacturing preferred).
• Experience leading recruiters or a player-coach role.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and close critical roles.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for production roles from intake to close.
• Lead and coach the Production Recruiting team.
• Partner with Production leadership to align hiring with priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies for high-volume, hard-to-fill roles.
• Provide timely candidate updates and data-driven insights.
