Job summary

Divergent in Los Angeles seeks a hands-on Lead Recruiter, Production to lead and execute full-cycle hiring for the production floor, from intake to offer, while coaching a team of recruiters.

You will build strong pipelines for CNC Machinists, Technicians, and Supervisors, partner with Production leadership to set hiring priorities, and drive speed, quality, and candidate experience in a fast-paced advanced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience supporting production, manufacturing operations, or skilled trades.
• Experience leading recruiters and mentoring teams.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for production roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring.
• Build talent pipelines and partner with production leadership.
• Manage candidate experience through offers and hiring process.
• Provide day-to-day coaching to recruiters.
