Job summary

Divergent is seeking a hands-on Recruiter, Non-Exempt Hiring, to support high-volume recruiting across our production and manufacturing operations in Torrance, CA. This role focuses on hourly, non-exempt, technician, skilled-trades, and production positions essential to scaling our operations.

The ideal candidate will own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer, build pipelines beyond inbound applications, and partner closely with hiring managers to move candidates quickly while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing or technical environments.
• Experience recruiting hourly, non-exempt, technician, or skilled-trades roles.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates beyond inbound applications.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Greenhouse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for non-exempt and hourly roles in production and manufacturing operations.
• Source and build pipelines for high-volume, recurring positions.
• Partner with Production and Operations leaders to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, events, and communications with candidates.
