Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a high-energy Senior Program Manager to lead Production programs within Maritime ISE. You will oversee end-to-end contract execution, coordinate across Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering and Finance, and drive EVM-based performance.

Ideal candidates have extensive production-program experience, EVMS proficiency, and the ability to lead multi-site teams while ensuring schedule and budget compliance. US security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with extensive relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex production programs and earned value management.
• Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of program managers and IPTs across multiple sites.
• Manage cost, schedule and technical performance across projects.
• Develop and monitor financial forecasts for reviews.
• Implement EVM processes to track cost and schedule.
• Coordinate with Master Schedulers, Master Planners and functional leaders.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
