Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or similar with 6+ years experience, or Graduate Degree with 4+ years experience.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience with an engineering background.

Responsibilities

• Manage rapid and evolving programs with minimal oversight.
• Drive execution to achieve orders, revenue recognition, OI, and free cash flow objectives.
• Develop and manage plans, schedules, cash flow and P/L per contract baselines.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, contracts, procurement and finance teams.
• Manage customer expectations and handle scope changes.
• Lead program meetings and customer reviews.
• Produce program documentation per contract requirements.
• Identify risks and opportunities and implement corrective actions.
