Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Camden, NJ, seeks a Lead, Supply Chain Program Manager for Power Systems. You will own the material strategy, manage EAC and forecasts, and lead cross-functional teams across procurement, finance, engineering, and program management to ensure program success.

This role requires strong CAM experience, EVMS, ERP proficiency, and the ability to communicate with executive leadership. On-site in Camden with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of related experience (or Master’s with 7+ years).
• Proven CAM experience including EAC, EVMS, and AOP.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Costpoint) managing material planning.
• Ability to brief executive leadership and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Control Account Manager for material scope, owning the time-phased budget baseline, EAC and forecasts.
• Develop material forecasts and defend them with risk and opportunity actions.
• Lead supplier recovery plans and communicate critical issues with solutions.
• Develop the Supply Chain Management Plan for each project and integrate into the master plan.
• Partner with Procurement on sourcing strategy and PO execution.
• Manage supplier performance end-to-end, including risk, escalation, and quality.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS/ITAR compliance and audit readiness.
• Lead proposal supply chain elements: BOE, risks, and material cost targets.
• Collaborate on long-term material strategy and supplier transitions.
