Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Production Execution Senior Program Manager for the Excalibur 1b program. You will oversee production for US Army and FMS, leading tactical execution across a large multi-year contract with cross-functional teams and supplier relationships.

You will guide dynamic production problem solving, communicate goals to internal/external leadership, and report to the Excalibur 1b Program Associate Director. Expect high senior leadership visibility and leadership challenges.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 7+ years.
• Experience supporting development, production, and/or sustainment programs in aerospace and defense.
• Leadership experience; ability to balance technical, cost, and schedule on a program.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive AOP objectives and action plans.
• Lead the program risk and opportunity process, aligning with financial goals.
• Execute daily program management and cadence (risk reviews, PMRs, staffing reviews, etc.).
• Lead production proposal activities.
• Prepare, revise, and monitor documentation per contract requirements and IPDS.
• Identify and implement program assessments and metrics for leadership visibility.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
