RTX is seeking a Production Execution Senior Program Manager in Tucson, AZ to lead the Excalibur 1b production program for US Army and FMS customers. You will drive day-to-day program management, lead risk/opportunity reviews, and ensure alignment with contract requirements.

This leadership role reports to the Excalibur 1b Program Associate Director and sits on the Excalibur 1b Leadership Team. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage supplier relations, and oversee

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with senior-level program management exposure.
• Experience leading aerospace/defense production, capture, or sustainment programs.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive annual operating plan objectives and action plans.
• Lead program risk and opportunity process aligned to financial goals.
• Execute daily program management cadence including reviews and staffing decisions.
• Lead production proposal activities and related documentation.
• Maintain compliance with IPDS, GEM tool, and corporate policies.
• Develop situational awareness charts and performance metrics for program leadership.
