Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Precision Projectiles Development program for the Excalibur HTK and ERAP programs. This role drives cost, schedule, and technical performance while coordinating with the US Army and internal partners to ensure successful program execution.

You will manage integrated schedules, engage with senior leaders, and guide capture activities to position for follow-on phases.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with extensive program management background.
• Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with technical, cost, and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for program integration, coordination, and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day-to-day program execution.
• Responsible for meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations.
• Develop, inform and achieve AOP and LRP goals and objectives.
• Advocate Program Management plans, processes, and business objectives including the management of Earned Value metrics and Risk and Opportunity processes.
• Serve as the primary interface US Army Government Leaders to develop and influence program priorities, execution, and funding strategies.
• Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations.
• Accountable for on-time completion of proposal and associated capture and startup activities.
• Collaborate with Financial Planning to ensure Top-level Master Phasing and the Integrated Master Schedules meet program strategies, objectives, and milestones.
• Lead internal reviews and executive briefings pertaining to all pursuits to include Gates, EACs, contract proposals, negotiation and definitization, and contract closeout efforts.
• Shape future capture strategy and develop win strategies that enable follow-on contract phases in close coordination with the Requirements & Capabilities organization.
• Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed.
