Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Precision Projectiles Development program as part of the Excalibur HTK and ERAP efforts, onsite in Tucson, AZ.

You will drive program integration, schedule, cost, and risk, maintain customer and leadership alignment, and coordinate with Army leaders and internal partners to ensure on-time delivery and readiness for funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
• Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience with technical, cost, and schedule requirements

Responsibilities

• Responsible for program integration, coordination, and direct engagement with the program team and functional partners, in pursuit of day-to-day program execution
• Responsible for meeting contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance of assigned program(s) within contractual boundaries and company expectations
• Develop, inform and achieve AOP and LRP goals and objectives
• Advocate Program Management plans, processes, and business objectives including the management of Earned Value metrics and Risk and Opportunity processes
• Serve as the primary interface US Army Government Leaders to develop and influence program priorities, execution, and funding strategies
