Job summary

Raytheon Technologies' Projectiles Portfolio seeks an Associate Director to serve as the Precision Projectiles Development Program Manager for the Excalibur HTK and ERAP programs, guiding cost, schedule and technical performance. Active security clearance is required on day one.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, interfacing with US Army leaders, and shaping capture strategies, with on-site work in Tucson or Scottsdale and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree and 12+ years experience or advanced degree with 10+ years.
• Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with technical, cost, and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Program integration and day-to-day execution with the team and partners.
• Meet contractual commitments including financial, technical, and schedule performance.
• Develop and achieve AOP and LRP goals and objectives.
• Advocate program plans, processes, and EV/risk management.
• Interface with US Army leaders to influence priorities and funding strategies.
• Develop partnerships with internal functions to support program needs.
• Ensure on-time completion of proposals and capture activities.
• Lead reviews and briefings on gates, EACs, and contract actions.
• Shape capture strategy for follow-on phases; travel as needed.
