Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Production Print Specialist II to provide advanced troubleshooting and guidance for Konica Minolta channels.

You will lead major account support, mentor CSC teammates, and share technical information with field personnel through webinars and written guides. This role demands strong production print knowledge, familiarity with Fiery and Creo controllers, and the ability to translate complex data into clear summaries.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Technical school diploma required. Bachelor Degree in related fields a plus. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 8+ years’ experience of Production Print experience with Konica Minolta production print knowledge preferred.
• G7 certification strongly desired
• N+ certification desired
• Apple Certified support professional (ACSP) helpful
• Be familiar with and be able to demonstrate IQ-501 functionality
• Ability to technically support MFP peripheral products of appropriate KM partners’ products (i.e. Fiery, Creo)
• Able to develop and deliver quality, well organized and meaningful webinars and workshops to the internal, external customers, and field teams
• Strong knowledge of Production Print Hardware including Agfa and Plockmatic products
• Knowledge of variable data printing
• Travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Be a lead for regional product reworks
• Provide Major Account support
• Creation of troubleshooting and best practices guides
• Conduct weekly/monthly conference calls with field/KMI
• Be a support lead including interfacing with respective support groups for Fiery and Creo controllers.
• Create troubleshooting videos for distribution to direct and dealer channels
• Create entries complete with technical and business justification for the Accompa system
• Provide system integration support and diagnostic assistance to all KMBS channels using network knowledge and Konica Minolta systems knowledge. This includes main body configuration support
• Handle Critical Accident Reports in a detailed and timely fashion
