• Provide technical expertise on printer, workgroup, print production/industrial print solutions.
• Diagnose issues and guide customers to resolution via phone/web.
• Document calls with detailed troubleshooting notes in the ticketing system.
• Collaborate with team members and support various shifts; occasional travel for training.
