Job summary

Veralto seeks a Production Planning Manager to lead planning, master scheduling, and ERP ownership across manufacturing operations. You will drive forecasting, scheduling, reporting, and continuous improvement in partnership with Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Service, Finance, IT, Procurement and Commercial teams.

You will shape SIOP processes, manage change, and optimize inventory and capacity to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years in production planning or supply chain within manufacturing.
• 3+ years leading planning teams or equivalent.
• Experience as business process owner for ERP, planning, scheduling or operational systems.
• Experience developing operational reporting and dashboards (Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Production Planners and Scheduling personnel to meet planning objectives.
• Develop and execute master production schedules balancing demand, capacity and priorities.
• Own planning, forecasting, manufacturing scheduling and reporting within ERP and related systems.
• Improve planning processes, data structures and business rules across the planning ecosystem.
• Lead SIOP processes and present capacity and risk analyses to leadership.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to implement system enhancements and digital transformation.
• Drive readiness and change management for new product introductions and changes.
• Optimize inventory, capacity and manufacturing planning to improve service and working capital.
