Avero is seeking a Plant Supply Planning Manager to oversee plant-level supply planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and material planning in a manufacturing setting. You will drive SIOP, optimize capacity, and lead cross-functional teams to improve service levels.

The role requires strong strategic and tactical planning, proven leadership, and a track record of improving inventory performance and production efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, business, or engineering.
• 9+ years in supply chain planning or scheduling in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a complex supply chain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead plant-level supply planning and scheduling across the full MRP horizon.
• Oversee the SIOP process and MPS preparation.
• Develop mid- and long-term supply scenarios balancing demand and capacity.
• Optimize production capacity through scheduling strategies and level loading.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings and resolve execution issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
