Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
Four to six years of related experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong mathematical and computer skills; proficiency with ERP/MES systems.
Solid reasoning ability to interpret instructions and solve problems.
Physical requirements as described; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

Establish and improve the master scheduling framework to optimize line balancing.
Forecast orders and assess capacity constraints; coordinate with Manufacturing and Engineering.
Manage inventory strategies to balance safety stock and reduce shortages.
Monitor scheduling adherence and adjust plans during downtime or shortages.
Maintain accurate master data in ERP and MES systems.
Schedule PM windows and coordinate equipment maintenance without impacting shipments.
Oversee packaging materials availability and reorder points.
