Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree, technical diploma, or bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance or related field.
• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 1+ years of maintenance planning, scheduling, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with work-order systems and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and control work orders in SAP MP 9 or SAP PM.
• Verify records include asset, location, priority, problem description, date, and work type.
• Review completed work orders for documentation of actions, labor, parts, and downtime.
• Maintain maintenance history by asset and location; audit closures as required.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans; manage master calendar.
• Coordinate predictive activities like vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
