Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Production Utility to support manufacturing operations by ensuring materials, tools, and documentation are available to keep the line moving. You will replenish supplies, stage work orders, transport items, and respond to changing priorities to minimize downtime.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and ideally manufacturing or production support experience. Strong organization, teamwork, and basic computer skills are essential to read work orders and track

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Material handling or production support experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Transport materials, components, and completed work between departments.
• Stage jobs and materials at production workstations according to the schedule.
• Ensure production areas are stocked with supplies and consumables.
• Assist with prioritizing and expediting workflow to meet delivery requirements.
• Monitor for shortages or bottlenecks and communicate issues promptly.
• Retrieve missing parts, tools, or documentation to keep production moving.
• Assist with setup and teardown of workstations for new jobs.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness per 6S principles.
