Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Farmingdale, NY is seeking a Production Scheduler to plan and coordinate production activities, ensuring schedules and material flow meet deadlines while maintaining accurate documentation of shop orders.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree and substantial experience with MRP, electro-mechanical assembly, and Microsoft Office applications; strong communication across levels of management is required.

Qualifications

• Assoc degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of MRP systems and manufacturing processes.
• Working knowledge of electro-mechanical assembly processes.
• Knowledge of PCs and software (Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Ability to interact with varying levels of management, co-workers and customers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates production activities and material flow to meet schedules.
• Maintains and updates production schedules; records work completed and in-process status.
• Reports delays in assembly or material availability to management.
• Compiles reports; expedites orders through purchasing, receiving and manufacturing.
• Submits product for selloff and ensures shop orders are completed.
