Qualifications

• 3+ years of production planning or scheduling experience.
• ERP/MRP experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating production across multiple departments or work centers.
• Experience coordinating customer expedites and schedule recovery in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate executable production schedules.
• Translate customer demand into department priorities by work order.
• Support schedule attainment through effective planning and timely communication.
• Recommend recovery priorities for past-due and at-risk orders.
• Verify planning readiness of work orders and escalate gaps.
• Monitor material availability and capacity constraints.
• Coordinate outside-processing schedules and supplier delays.
• Collaborate across Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Shipping, and Customer Service.
• Maintain planning-controlled ERP data accuracy and improve tooling.
