Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. in Santa Ana, CA, seeks a Planning Supervisor to lead the planning department in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will schedule work, allocate resources, mentor staff, and coordinate with manufacturing, quality and customer service to meet throughput and deadlines.

Responsibilities include updating procedures, handling after-hours inquiries, and driving process improvements while ensuring ITAR compliance and safety standards. PCB experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a technical or production environment.
• Printed Circuit Board experience required.
• Ability to make decisions fast and under pressure.
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible scheduling.
• Strong leadership and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign work within the Planning department to regulate workflow and meet throughput.
• Handle resource management and utilization for the manufacturing process.
• Manage the Planning staff through selection, training and evaluation.
• Develop and mentor personnel with coaching and career development.
• Resolve requests from other departments for information and changes.
• Ensure business goals, deadlines and performance standards are met.
• Lead customer calls and address questions, providing effective solutions.
• Update and upkeep procedures and work instructions.
• Be available after hours and weekends when needed.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
