Job summary

TT Electronics plc is seeking a Master Scheduler/Lead to drive planning excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will lead the Planner/Buyer team, align Master Production Schedule with customer commitments, and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management to meet business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing planning, strong ERP/MRP expertise, and ITAR eligibility.

Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field.
Five+ years in manufacturing planning, scheduling, purchasing, or supply chain.
Advanced ERP/MRP planning experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience leading, mentoring, or developing team members.
ITAR eligibility required.

Responsibilities

Lead the site's production planning function and supervise Planner/Buyer team.
Establish planning priorities and ensure scheduling and purchasing activities.
Develop, maintain, and communicate the Master Production Schedule.
Balance demand, capacity, labor, and material constraints.
Prioritize production to meet delivery commitments.
Analyze demand, inventory, capacity, and supplier performance to identify risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and supply chain challenges.
Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and production transitions.
Lead planning meetings and communicate priorities across the organization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to scheduling and ERP usage.
