Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, inventory planning, or supply chain planning in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP, inventory control, and capacity planning.
• Advanced Excel skills with data analysis for planning decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute production schedules balancing demand, inventory, capacity, and materials.
• Create weekly and daily production plans for assigned value streams.
• Monitor schedule attainment and performance; implement recovery plans to meet delivery commitments.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve issues.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and inventory.
