Job summary

Fillauer is seeking a Senior/Lead Production Planner to drive scheduling and capacity planning across multiple work centers. You will lead discussions, analyze constraints, and implement improvements that boost forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, and overall planning performance.

Collaboration with Procurement, Engineering, and Finance is essential. The role emphasizes mentoring planning staff, developing scenarios, and delivering KPI-driven results within a global orthotics and prosthetics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP and data-driven planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production scheduling across multiple work centers.
• Analyze capacity, labor, and material constraints to mitigate risks.
• Develop and compare planning scenarios to optimize forecast accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Provide KPI reporting and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional release planning and support with engineering, procurement, and finance.
• Mentor Production Planners and Planning Coordinators.
