Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a Senior/Lead Production Planner to lead scheduling across multiple work centers and planning horizons, ensuring on-time delivery and optimized capacity.

You will partner with Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and Operations, translating data into actionable recommendations. The role requires 5+ years in production planning, strong ERP/MRP proficiency, advanced Excel skills, and proven cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production scheduling across multiple work centers to support on-time delivery across planning horizons.
• Analyze capacity, labor, and material constraints to identify risks and drive mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering, and Finance on planning inputs and continuous improvements.
• Mentor and guide Production Planners and Planning Coordinators to ensure consistent performance.
• Prepare KPI reports and drive data-driven improvements in planning processes.
