Job summary

Fillauer is seeking a Senior Production Planner to lead scheduling across multiple work centers and optimize production plans for on-time delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems within a manufacturing setting.

You will partner with Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to translate forecasts into actionable schedules and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in production planning or operations in manufacturing.
• Associate's degree in management or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data interpretation.
• Experience scheduling across multiple work centers.
• CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production huddles and scheduling across work centers.
• Manage the production schedule to support on-time delivery.
• Analyze capacity, constraints, and risks; propose improvements.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Engineering and Finance on planning data.
• Mentor Production Planners and Planning Coordinators.
