Job summary

Talentify seeks a Master Planner to lead production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing setting. The role translates forecasts into executable production plans to meet on-time delivery and optimize inventory and capacity.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in production planning, ERP/MRP experience (Epicor preferred), and strong analytical and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, with proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, materials management, or related manufacturing role.
• ERP/MRP systems experience; Epicor experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to align demand, material, and capacity.
• Optimize material flow using forecasting, planning tools, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Analyze capacity, inventory, and schedule risks to support timely production.
• Collaborate across functions to support engineering changes and reduce shortages.
• Support S&OP activities with data updates and cross-functional coordination.
• Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory performance, and productivity.
• Use data analysis and scenario planning to identify trends and improvements.
• Maintain planning data and communicate schedule status and mitigations to stakeholders.
