Job summary

Synergy Flavors, part of the Carbery Group, seeks a Production Planner II in Hamilton, OH, to manage information flow across production and coordinate with customer service, production, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics. You will partner with the Capacity Planner to drive accurate lead times and SIOP decisions.

You will consolidate production requirements, validate batch orders, monitor capacity against demand, and own seasonal planning and material coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in SCM/OM required.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, preferably Food Manufacturing.
• Experience with MRP systems; Microsoft D365 a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate planned production and transfer order requirements for multiple product lines.
• Validate batch orders, resolve short shipments or delays, and expedite priority orders.
• Track capacity vs demand to meet lead times and OTIF targets.
• Own seasonal planning and raw material coordination for campaigns.
• Analyze orders to prioritize and schedule production operations.
