Job summary

HH Global Group is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and optimize production schedules ensuring efficient resource use and on-time customer deliveries. This role collaborates with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Project Management to balance capacity and priorities.

The position is based at the Cincinnati office (10900 Kenwood Road) with standard M-F hours (7:30-3:30 EST) and mandatory Saturday shifts during peak season.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years of production scheduling or planning experience.
• Strong MS Excel skills with pivot, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience with MRP and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer PO dates, production yields, product and material due dates, and available capacity.
• Coordinate production planning activities to ensure efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address changes in demand, equipment availability, labor constraints, or material shortages.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely availability of product and material.
• Analyze production capacity, lead times, and bottlenecks to improve operational performance.
• Partner with production leadership to prioritize production orders and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Track schedule performance metrics, including schedule attainment, on-time delivery, and production efficiency.
• Communicate schedule changes and production priorities to stakeholders across the business unit.
• Support Sales, Customer Service, and Operations Planning activities by providing production timelines and capacity information.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing lead times, improving throughput, and enhancing scheduling accuracy.
• Develop reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making.
