Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations management.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, preferably Food Manufacturing.
• Production Planner or capacity planning experience.
• Strong math and Excel skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Firm/consolidate planned production and transfer order requirements for multiple product lines.
• Validate batch orders, resolve short shipments or delays, and expedite priority orders.
• Track capacity vs. demand to meet OTIF targets and adjust as needed.
• Own seasonal planning and raw material coordination for campaigns.
• Analyze orders to prioritize, plan and schedule production operations.
• Evaluate daily MRP suggestions to determine material supply needs and liaise with Purchasing.
• Track and report departmental KPI/metrics against targets.
• Lead LEAN improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings to eliminate inefficiencies and improve communication.
• Collaborate with Capacity Planner to optimize planning processes and schedules.
• Manage stock levels and production run size decisions.
