Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Manufacturing production planning.
• Experience with ERP software is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Providing timely delivery of daily, weekly, and/or monthly production plans while adhering to planning best practice.
• Providing proactive communication with key personnel to ensure adherence to schedule and processes.
• Collaborating with personnel to develop plan of action for shortages, downtime, etc.
• Providing product availability information to customer service via work order status.
• Resolving discrepancies related to inventory, scheduling, and production.
• Managing daily tasks including reviewing shortage alerts and communicating with team.
• Generating purchase requisitions for raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Supplying shipping/receiving with pull sheets for next-day production.
• Must have regular, punctual attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
