Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.
• Minimum of three years in manufacturing, preferably food manufacturing.
• Experience as Production Planner or capacity planning role.
• Strong math and computer skills including Excel.
• Experience with MRP systems (Microsoft D365 a plus).
• Ability to maximize capacity planning, scheduling and batch management.
• Self-starter with organization and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication at all management levels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate planned production and transfer order requirements across product lines.
• Validate batch orders and expedite priority orders.
• Analyze capacity vs demand to meet OTIF targets and adjust as needed.
• Own seasonal planning and raw material coordination for campaigns.
• Plan and schedule production operations considering orders and resources.
• Assess daily MRP suggestions and coordinate with Purchasing.
• Track and report KPI/metrics against targets.
• Lead LEAN and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Capacity Planner to optimize planning and scheduling.
• Manage aged/expired inventory and set min/max stock levels.
• Support capacity planning and network optimization across facilities.
