Fender Musical Instruments Corporation is seeking a Sr. Production Planner to maintain production schedules and mitigate risks across value streams. You will balance capacity and material constraints to meet demand.

The role requires 5+ years in planning, experience with MRP and SAP, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. APICS is a plus, and there is on-call availability in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of equivalent work experience in Planning.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• Materials Requirements Planning (MRP).
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
• Microsoft Office: Excel (Strong), Word, PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to be on call when needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage leveled production schedule for assigned Value Stream(s)
• Build production schedules and monitor daily, weekly and monthly schedule adherence
• Discuss and align with Engineering and Operations the manufacturing low level constraints to be managed in the production schedules
• Create and maintain production targets
• Conduct materials shortage analyses for short- and long-term production plan
• Plan inter-plant supply requirements and delivery schedules
• Create and maintain standard work in process and Kanban inventory levels to meet demand requirements
• Create, monitor, material availability reports for assigned Value Stream(s)
• Create and maintain key performance indicators for Planning
• Drive daily meetings with Operations and Procurement teams
• Additional duties as assigned
