Job summary

Rubbercraft is seeking a Senior Production Planner IV to lead complex production planning, master scheduling, and capacity management across multiple value streams. You will align schedules with demand, material availability, and capacity to ensure on‑time delivery and efficiency.

The role requires extensive experience in a high‑mix manufacturing environment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive cross‑functional improvements while balancing priorities and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive production planning and scheduling experience in manufacturing.
• Strong experience with master scheduling, MRP, and capacity planning.
• Expert knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and GP is preferred.
• Experience in a high‑mix, low‑volume environment; aerospace/defense feel desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of master production schedules across value streams.
• Perform capacity planning, what-if analyses, and forecast changes.
• Manage complex scheduling priorities and minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality.
• Analyze demand, inventory, lead times, and resources to optimize schedules.
• Maintain GP parameters, master data, and scheduling info in GP.
