You will collaborate with Scheduling, Engineering, Purchasing, warehousing, and project managers to optimize material flow,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in production planning or manufacturing planning.
• Experience operating as a senior or lead planner in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing schedule risk, material constraints, and system-driven planning logic.

Responsibilities

• Plan, release, and manage production orders independently.
• Verify drawings, BOMs, routings, and material availability.
• Ensure material staging prior to manufacturing release.
• Monitor production progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Expedite materials and resolve constraints.
• Analyze MRP outputs for material and schedule risks.
• Identify and mitigate shortages and capacity constraints.
• Validate system data against actual schedules.
• Partner with Scheduling and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced ERP proficiency and planning logic expertise.
• Train and coach planners on ERP navigation and MRP logic.
• Support system improvements and data integrity.
