Xylem in Roseville, Minnesota, is seeking a Senior Production Worker for the Second Shift to operate production equipment, monitor processes, and support safety and quality in a fast-paced facility.

This hands-on role includes data entry, material handling, and collaboration with teams across Carbon and Regeneration areas. A High School diploma and 2 years of industrial experience are required; forklift certification is a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, production, or plant environment.
• Knowledge of chemicals, wastewater treatment, or related operations preferred.
• Ability to complete site-specific safety and operator training programs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work safely in production.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor production equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Control workflow and equipment progress following procedures.
• Load and unload deliveries from company branches and transportation carriers.
• Enter operational and production data into computer systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs.
• Support production targets, quality standards, and performance metrics.
• Partner with internal teams to meet customer and business needs.
• Package finished products and conduct routine testing in Carbon and Regeneration areas.
• Operate forklifts to transport materials and support site tasks.
