Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Production Operator to manufacture high-quality products for customers worldwide. This hands-on, fast-paced role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and meeting production targets on the floor.

You will follow SOPs, perform routine quality checks, assist with material handling, and support continuous improvement while working with teammates and supervisors in a clean, organized environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing or production is beneficial.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Operate manufacturing, assembly, packaging, or production equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow SOPs and work instructions to meet production targets.
