Job summary

Panduit is seeking a Sr Production Operator for a Sun-Thurs schedule in Lockport, IL. This on-site role runs from 11pm to 7am and focuses on precision packaging, machine operation, and quality assurance.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of manufacturing experience. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Base pay starts at $19.50/hr with a 20% night-shift differential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Packaging, labeling, and cartoning products with accuracy.
• Start-up, operate, and shutdown basic technology manual, semi-automatic and automatic assembly/production machines.
• Set-up & troubleshoot basic machinery and related production equipment.
• Perform quality inspections per Panduit’s quality systems and procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain 5S and eliminate waste.
