Job summary

Panduit is hiring Production Operators for the night shift to handle precision packaging, machine operation, and quality checks. You will follow safety guidelines, perform 5S chores, and ensure accurate counts and labeling on all shipments.

This role is based in the United States with opportunities for growth within our manufacturing teams. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, strong math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Basic mathematical skills and proficiency with a calculator and measuring tools.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and be on your feet most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Precision Packaging: packaging, labeling, and cartoning with accuracy.
• Tech Operation Expert: start-up, operate and troubleshoot basic technology machines.
• Quality Assurance: perform quality inspections per quality systems.
• Safety First: follow safety guidelines and create a safe work environment.
• Waste Elimination: perform 5S and improve efficiency.
