Job summary

Panduit is hiring Production Operators in the United States for a night shift from 11pm to 7am. The role focuses on precision packaging, equipment operation, quality inspections, and safety compliance.

The position requires at least 1 year in manufacturing and a high school diploma, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks. Wages start at $19/hour with a 20% shift premium for night shifts, plus benefits including vacation, holidays, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing, production, warehouse or similar environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Basic mathematical skills and calculator use.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet most of shift.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, and carton products with accurate counts and seals.
• Start-up, operate, and troubleshoot basic production machines.
• Perform quality inspections per Panduit quality systems.
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct 5S activities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
