Job summary

Panduit is seeking a Sr. Production Technician to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will complete work orders, apply lean tools for continuous improvement, and ensure high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related manufacturing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of advanced machinery.

Responsibilities

• Machine setup, troubleshooting, and optimization of advanced production equipment and processes.
• Start up, operate, and shut down advanced machinery to produce high-quality finished products.
• Collaborate with engineering to evaluate system effectiveness, develop procedures, and training materials.
• Address production quality issues and escalate unresolved concerns to supervisors or quality teams.
• Identify inefficiencies, complete A3 improvement plans, and participate in Kaizen events.
