Job summary

As a Production Operator, you will pack, label, set up and operate production machines, perform quality inspections, follow safety guidelines, and participate in 5S activities to eliminate waste and boost efficiency. Night shifts run 11pm–7am with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to use a calculator and measuring tools.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Packaging, labeling, and cartoning products with accuracy.
• Start-up, operation, and shutdown of basic production machines; set-up and troubleshoot basic equipment.
• Perform quality inspections following quality systems and procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and participate in 5S activities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
